Weightlifting: for athletes looking for extra strength and Olympic weightlifting work
Gymnastics: for athletes looking to meet some gymnastics goals in 2019 (i.e. muscle ups, T2B, HSPUs, etc.) This program will provide building blocks as well as skill work to help you improve your overall gymnastics.
Aerobic Capacity: for athletes looking to improve overall cardio capacity (i.e. running, rowing, biking, skiing, etc.)
Bodies by Austin: for athletes looking to improve overall strength (i.e. lots of BUTT work 🍑, bodybuilding type lifting, core strength, and overall body composition).
